By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The App provides AI-powered remote server assistance, allowing users to monitor and interact with their servers more effectively.

b. Restrictions

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the App for any illegal activities.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App's functionality.

  • Misuse the App in a way that violates these Terms.

c. Server Data

The App does not collect or store your server details, including server logs, credentials, or configurations. All server-related data is stored locally on your device or securely in your iCloud account.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your email address and device security.

  • Ensuring that the server data you use with the App is secure and compliant with your organizational policies.

  • Using the App in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services to enhance functionality:

  • Google Analytics and Firebase: Used for tracking usage, analyzing performance, and crash reporting.

  • DeepInfra: Provides the AI-powered services that process your inputs.

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services. By using the App, you agree to their terms.

5. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. In summary:

  • The App only collects your email address for account authentication and communication purposes.

  • Server data and logs are never collected, stored, or accessed by us.

  • AI interactions (queries and responses) are processed in real-time and are not stored.

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, features, and functionality, belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unauthorized access to your server due to your own actions or negligence.

  • Errors or interruptions in the App's functionality.

You use the App at your own risk.
